Redemption & Program Inquiries
For the status of your redemption order please send an e-mail to p2p@bondbrandloyalty.com or call the toll-free Customer Service Centre at 1-800-263-0250, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. EST.

Lost or Stolen Cards
If your card is lost or stolen, call the Customer Service Centre immediately at: 1-877-610-1075. Your Card will be cancelled and a new Card issued. A lost or stolen Card can be reported to the Customer Service Centre, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
